The cleaning sector employs a significant number of people unfamiliar with the English language and with UK working regulations. Risks arise with understanding instructions, raising queries and completing documentation, not to mention chemical handling.

Coupled with low wages and a generally poor image of the cleaning industry, employee training and skills development is a serious challenge. Improved training and development of cleaning operatives and supervisory staff is essential.

We don’t just pay lip service to training. Our all-inclusive service model means that if the operator fails for any reason, ICE picks up the tab.  Operatives can call our 24 hour help desk, available 7 days a week for support and assistance.
